Poolside Bar Menu

Head to our rooftop pool bar to heat things up while you cool yourself down. Our rooftop dining in Austin includes Poblano hummus and “Tender Belly” hot dogs, as well as Signature Frozen Cocktails like El Capitan with spiced rum and a fine selection of beer and wine.

During the winter season, a full menu including food, wine, cocktails and beer is available at our rooftop pool bar through our in-room dining team. Menus and a telephone are located at the pool bar for guests to order.
